I came across Ruzzle by MAG Interactive in the app store the other day. Being the wordy girl that I am, I downloaded it immediately. It was on the top free app charts, so what was I to lose? A new word game that’s free and near the top of the charts always makes for an instant download for this word loving gamer!
What I really love about Ruzzle is how fast paced it is! We all know a timer gives you a little bit of a rush and with Ruzzle, you must find as many words as you can in just two minutes! You can find words by swiping your finger across the letters on the board. As long as the letters are touching, there is no wrong way to swipe! Go ahead and swipe up, down, diagonally and side to side! Ruzzle is always played against an opponent, which isn’t always my favorite way to play, but in this case, it didn’t bother me. Ruzzle can be played against a friend or random opponent. Matches are played in rounds of three, with each of the three rounds lasting two minutes. The points for all three rounds will be added together for a final tally. The person with the most points tallied up wins! If you’re looking for a challenging word game that’s very fast paced, you’re going to find exactly what you’re looking for with Ruzzle!
For those of you bi-lingual folks out there, Ruzzle can be played in nine other languages: Danish, Norwegian, French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. Excellent, right?! If there just aren’t enough word games out there for you, you must try Ruzzle!
