Pizza Picasso
You’ll find apps out there that let you make candy, pop and cakes! Now, there’s an app that lets you make real food! In fact, it’s one of America’s most popular! You guessed it! It’s pizza! I’m on the Atkins’ Diet, which barely allows carbs at all. So, there’s definitely no pizza coming near this mouth. I seem to be living vicariously through Pizza Picasso by Oriented Games!
Pizza Picasso lets you make the pizza you’ve been craving! You can add different kinds of ingredients! Use the knife to chop them up yourself! It’s cool, because if you tap slowly, the knife cuts slowly. If you tap fast, you’ll see the knife just chopping away – very chef-like! You’ll use your fingers (rubbing on your iOS device’s screen) to mend the dough. You’ll then add tomato sauce by spreading across the dough. Next, you spread the toppings. You can place them around your pizza however you want, whether it’s scattering them evenly or making a smiley face! Lastly, you’ll put it in the oven to bake! You set the temperature, so be sure not to burn it! That’s it; your pizza is made. Somehow, the developers forgot the cheese! You really can’t eat a pizza without the cheese, but you can make it virtually, lol. Anyway, you can share your pizza on Facebook, email or just your camera roll. It’s fun. It even fills my pizza void (in a very, very small way)! 
There is a downside to Pizza Picasso. It’s the ads. They are outrageous – coming at you from the top (at a constant pace) but also popping up covering your whole screen! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve accidentally hit them and been taken out of the app into the app store to purchase a new app. It’s crazy annoying. You can make an in app purchase of $2.99 to remove the ads and unlock all ingredients, but three bucks seems excessive to me. You can try it out for kicks, but unless you get rid of the ads, you won’t be able to stand it for long!
