My Vacation Lite
My Vacation Lite by Jasper Apps is a travel app that aids you in planning, documenting and sharing your vacation! When I first began using My Vacation Lite, I found it so easy to use! I added my vacation naming it and choosing a theme from five different options. My Vacation Lite then had me add the location of my vacation and the dates on when it would take place. Before adding photos, I had to choose the date. I love that feature! That way when I look back later, I know exactly when the picture was taken, allowing me to remember my vacation perfectly, day by day! My Vacation Litealso lets me journal things about my vacation!
My Vacation Lite is a free version of the My Vacation app, which costs $2.99 in the app store. My Vacation Lite only lets you add one vacation into the app, so if you go on another vacation, and don’t want to delete all the documentation you put in from your last one, you will need the paid version. My Vacation Lite also only lets you share the details of your trip through email or an internet browser. The fact that you can’t share to Facebook is a HUGE downfall! You are also limited to the number of photos you add into My Vacation Lite. The paid version allows you to store multiple trips at one time, add as many photos as you want and allows you to share your trips on Dropbox, Flickr, Facebook, Blogger, WordPress and Twitter. I haven’t downloaded the paid version yet, but I do have to say I think I will have to. My Vacation Lite seems to be more of a sample version more than anything else. I really like the app and want to use it again, but would never want to delete the vacation I’ve already added. So I’m almost forced to spend the $2.99 – if I ever want to use it for another trip! That’s okay, though! I’m glad they have the sampler version, aka My Vacation Lite. At least I know I already love what I’m downloading! I’m excited to have the new features! My Vacation Lite is a must have for anyone who loves to share and re-live memories!
iTunes lists My Vacation Lite’s features as such:

- Interactively follow a playback of the trip
- Send journal to email, or view on your computer.
