Mr Mood by Thomas Castel is a very simple mood-tracking app. My hubby told me about it last week, and I’ve been using it since then. It’s such a great concept, allowing you to see your moods over the past week or so, helping you realize if you need a change. The app couldn’t be any simpler. It’s so plain and basic and used by over 400,000 users!
When you open up Mr Mood for the first time, you’re greeted with this.

After reading the greeting, some popups come onto your screen saying, “Hi, I’m Mr Mood. I’m here to help you to figure out if you’re happy with your life. All you have to do is tell me your mood once a day. I’ll then present all your moods in a chart so that you can see if you need to change something. Are you ready?” Mr Mood is that simple!
Mr Mood is used for an amazing purpose, really promoting quality of life! Each day you’ll open up Mr Mood to log your mood for that day! You can choose between a large smile, a normal smile, a flat face, a disappointed or stressed face and finally, a sad face. Once you make your choice, you can then add a few words about your mood (if you want). Mr Mood tracks your moods over a period of time, showing you a super simple graph of your moods. You’ll know right away if you need a change or not! Maybe you don’t realize how unhappy you are. Maybe you’re super happy and don’t realize that either! Mr Mood will let you know either way!
