Megapolis
Do you just love the city? Do you love the subway, big airports and being within minutes of big shopping areas and other attractions? If that sounds like you, Megapolis by Social Quantum is the perfect game for you! It lets you build your very own city! We’ve seen all kinds of build up games, but I will be the first to admit, Megapolis is the first of its kind! It’s very modern and realistic. Instead of planting crops on a farm, building roller coasters at an amusement park or even setting up stores and homes in an animated “city”, you’ll be realistically building airports, railway stations, seaports and power plants of every kind! There’s even oil and gas mining! Megapolis is a real citybuilder, and I mean that in more ways than one!
With over 500 buildings and sites, as well as 100s of construction materials, you’ll be able to get uber creative with your Megapolis city! When you first start playing Megapolis, you’ll start with only a small town. Your job will be to grow it into a prosperous, large city. Level up your town by completing tasks and earning rewards and achievements! The very first task I was given was to “register new citizens in a residential building”. How modern is this game? It’s so completely different from any other build up game; I can’t seem to get enough! Of course the app is animated, but it’s a very modern, un-childish like animation. I really love it! And, don’t get me started on the 3D graphics; you won’t want to stop playing!
There are a few aspects of Megapolis that are pretty typical, like how you can send and received gifts from neighbors and even how you can expand your city on both land and sea. However, Megapolis is by far the most modern build up games I’ve ever played. To be real honest, I never knew so much about cities until playing Megapolis!
