iMajiCam Pro We all know how many photo-editing apps there are out there. They are plentious! Until recently, there haven’t been too many video-editing apps. I reviewed my first video-editing app last week called Magisto, and it was beyond amazing. I called it a “moviemaker”! Since downloading Magisto, I’ve been keeping an eye out for more video editing apps, and I recently came across iMajiCam Pro – Realtime Video Effects by Ayena LLC.

iMajiCam Pro lets you record videos giving them unique and fun video effects and filters. The app isn’t a one-stop-shop either; you can edit pictures, too. Although you can edit videos with this app, you must choose your effects and filters before you begin recording. You cannot edit an already made video. Does that make sense? Like if there’s a video on your camera roll, you won’t be able to use iMajiCam Pro to edit it. iMajiCam Pro can only edit videos that you record through the app itself. Even then, you must pick the specific effect and or filter you want to use prior to recording. I guess that’s understandable. The edits you can use turn out looking incredible! You can make super unique and funky videos! I love it! iMajiCam Pro offers ten free presets as well as options to do what they call “Idealize It”, “Awesomize It”, “Twirpitize It” and “Texturize It”. “Idealize It” can give a sketch, cartoon or even a negative like effect! “Awesomize It” changes the filter. “Twirpitize It” can magnify, pinch, twist or even mirror your video or image! “Texturize It” adds different shades of filtered colors.

iMajiCam Pro’s controls are not easy to figure out. There aren’t instructions at all, and there are so many technicalities. I suggest taking your time figuring it out, because it’s most definitely worth it! iMajiCam Pro can do incredible things not only to your pictures but to your videos, too!
