So the seaplane gets its momentum from the waves. The user taps the left or right side of the screen to get the plane to fly or to dive. The trick here is to dive and land on the right part of the wave to keep up the momentum, an untimely dive onto the wrong part of a wave means certain doom. The plane can fly, but fuel is a constant issue. This is a very hard game to get the hang of, but is strangely addicting that way.

High Tide’s game play is pretty simple beyond toughing either side of the screen there are not a lot of other controls. The music is an upbeat, high tempo song, with some crashing ways in the background. The graphics are a bit on the simple side, but that does not take away for the unique challenge of this game.

My main issue with High Tide is how hard it actually is. The user not only has to get thought  the rolling seas very fast, but also conserve fuel and figure out how to get more. Often times I found that getting fuel to fly the plain killed all of the plane’s momentum. When that happens the storm seems to catch up way to fast and the player has to start all over from square one. Of course some may find that challenge stimulating; I found the lack of progress a tad bit annoying.

The good news here is there are four vehicles, which one can unlock via coins earned in the game or cold hard cash. Beyond the seaplane there are also three different boats, and each vehicle represents a unique challenge. That means High Tide has a high replay value. That is good news because download an app and only using it a few times gets really old. Overall High Tide is a fun, challenging game that gives the user an extreme challenge.

Now with Drug Alert, you can rely upon your iPhone or iTouch as it will be updated with official FDA Alerts and other potentially life saving information. The app generates current-data from FDA including easy to use and understandable menu displays of side effects, overdose and FDA Drug Alert information.
